Meet Suzie ~ Founder

Suzie is a naturopath and community herbalist with a passion for sharing herbal wisdom in a practical, hands-on way. She enjoys helping people connect with nature and discover simple, natural approaches to supporting their wellbeing through plants and traditional herbal knowledge.Outside of her work, Suzie can often be found sipping on herbal tea, pottering in her veggie patch, and foraging for wild plants 🌿She is also a mother to a pre-teen who is also a nature lover.
